Honeycomb is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Launch team in enhancing user experiences for new and migrating teams. You'll focus on shaping user journeys and workflows, ensuring intuitive product adoption. This role requires strong product management experience.
You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in user onboarding and product adoption strategies. You understand the importance of user journeys and have a knack for making complex systems feel intuitive and accessible. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering and design teams to create impactful user experiences. You are passionate about observability and developer tools, and you are excited about the opportunity to shape how users interact with Honeycomb's products. You are comfortable working in a fully distributed team and value autonomy and accountability in your work. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Launch team, you will own the early stages of the user journey, focusing on how new and migrating teams understand and adopt Honeycomb's observability tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance user onboarding and engagement. You will conduct user research to gather insights and feedback, using this data to inform product decisions and improve user workflows. You will be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of new features, ensuring they meet user needs and drive adoption. You will lead sprint planning sessions, working closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements. You will also engage with marketing to align product messaging with user needs and market trends. Your role will involve continuous iteration based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring that Honeycomb remains at the forefront of observability solutions.
