IMLC + Tennessee-based Psychiatrist/Collaborative Physician - (PRN remote contract)

Who you are

You are a board-certified psychiatrist with a strong commitment to improving access to perinatal mental health care. With at least one year of collaborative clinical experience, you possess a depth of knowledge in women’s mental health, particularly in the perinatal population. Your experience in telehealth allows you to effectively engage with patients remotely, ensuring they receive the support they need during critical stages of motherhood. You are passionate about making a difference in maternal mental health and are eager to work alongside a dedicated team of clinicians and a chief medical officer to provide the highest quality of care.

Desirable

Experience working with OBGYN clinics or health plans is a plus, as it aligns with Seven Starling's mission to make care accessible and affordable. You are adaptable and thrive in a flexible work environment, which is essential for a fully remote position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with clinicians to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services tailored to women during motherhood. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing medication management for patients experiencing perinatal mood disorders. Your expertise will guide the clinical team in implementing effective therapeutic strategies, ensuring that patients receive holistic care that combines therapy, peer support, and medication management. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in telehealth and women's mental health.
