Doctolib is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead its expansion into the Netherlands. You'll design legal frameworks, ensure compliance with Dutch regulations, and guide local teams on complex legal matters. This role requires a law degree in the Netherlands and 8+ years of experience.
You hold a final diploma in law in the Netherlands and have over 8 years of post-graduation experience, ideally combining legal expertise with a focus on healthcare and data protection. You possess a strong understanding of Dutch regulations and are adept at navigating complex legal landscapes. Your experience includes leading strategic contract negotiations and advising teams on compliance matters. You are pragmatic and flexible in your approach, ensuring that legal frameworks support sustainable growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable engaging with regulatory authorities and local law firms. You are passionate about healthcare transformation and eager to contribute to Doctolib's mission.
