Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Framingham, MA. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting, along with buffing and paint mixing. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and are open to learning new techniques to enhance your skills. Experience with various automotive painting techniques and tools is a plus. Familiarity with paint mixing and touch-up processes will help you excel in this role. A valid driver’s license is required, and being able to communicate effectively in English is essential for collaboration and safety.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and sanding them to ensure a smooth finish. You will mix paints to achieve the desired colors and apply them using various techniques, including airbrush methods. Your role will also involve buffing and performing touch-ups to ensure that every vehicle looks its best before it reaches the customer. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and equipment to deliver high-quality results.
