Desirable

What you'll do

As the Director of Customer Success, you will be accountable for the health and retention of a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. You will set clear success criteria tied to adoption and operational impact, ensuring that customers achieve long-term value from Axon's products and services. You will lead through influence, guiding both customers and internal teams to achieve their goals. Your role will involve mentoring Customer Success Managers at various levels, helping them develop their skills and improve customer engagement. You will serve as a senior voice of the customer, providing feedback to shape Axon's products and strategy. Your work will require travel of 25-35% to meet with customers and understand their needs firsthand.
