Earnin is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft high-quality user experiences that foster trust among customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve significant challenges in financial flexibility. This role requires expertise in design tools like Figma.
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that enhance customer trust and satisfaction. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user needs, and translating them into innovative design solutions. Your expertise in Figma allows you to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that align with business goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about improving financial products for users living paycheck to paycheck. You understand the importance of user feedback and are skilled at conducting user research to inform your design decisions. You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with user testing methodologies and A/B testing. A background in UX research can also enhance your contributions to the team.
