Esri is seeking a Sales Team Lead for their Infrastructure team to promote and sell Esri technology. You'll leverage your coaching skills and geospatial technology experience to drive team performance and customer adoption. This role requires strong leadership and industry knowledge.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing teams and driving performance in a technology-focused environment. Your background in geospatial technology equips you with the knowledge to effectively communicate the value of Esri's solutions to clients. You are skilled in coaching and mentoring, providing your team with the guidance they need to excel in their roles. You thrive in collaborative settings, building strong relationships with both your team and clients to foster a culture of success.
You possess a deep understanding of the electric, gas, telecom, or rails industries, and you can articulate how GIS technology can address complex business challenges. Your ability to identify key stakeholders and engage with executive decision-makers is a key strength that sets you apart. You are results-driven, always looking for new opportunities to expand customer adoption and optimize their use of Esri technology.
Experience in the infrastructure sector is a plus, as is familiarity with account management processes. You are comfortable presenting at trade shows and workshops, showcasing your expertise and the benefits of Esri's offerings to a wider audience.
