Overview

Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of Production & Post Technology solutions for their Studios Technology team. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and scale software solutions. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record as a Technical Program Manager, ideally with experience in production workflow solutions. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. You are analytical and resourceful, with a customer-focused mindset that drives your decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, design, applied science, and software engineering teams to deliver results. Your ability to work independently under time constraints makes you a valuable asset to any team. You understand the importance of taking end-to-end ownership of projects and have successfully delivered results in fast-paced business environments.

Desirable

Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by production and post-production teams. Familiarity with creative tools and testing procedures will enhance your ability to develop training materials for team members. A background in managing cross-functional teams will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and build the Production & Post Technology product suite that supports Amazon's creative and production partners. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Production, Post Production, Operations, and Finance, to ensure that the software solutions you develop meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive testing environments, developing training materials, and collaborating on solutions that deliver measurable results. You will also be involved in user data analysis and roadmap development, ensuring that the technology aligns with the goals of the Studios Technology team. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be crucial in driving the success of the projects you manage.
