Celigo is seeking a Manager, Content Strategy to lead the evolution of content across their platform, integrator.io. You'll focus on UX writing, in-product guidance, and building a user-centered content ecosystem. This role requires expertise in content strategy and systems.
You have a strong background in content strategy and UX writing, with at least 5 years of experience in leading content initiatives. You understand the importance of user-centered design and have a proven track record of creating scalable content systems that enhance user experiences. Your expertise in terminology systems and information architecture allows you to define clear pathways for users navigating complex workflows. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing product strategy, and ensuring that content aligns with both user needs and business goals. You are passionate about integrating AI-powered workflows into content strategies, ensuring that users receive contextual help and guided experiences.
In this role, you will lead the content strategy for integrator.io, overseeing all aspects of UX writing, in-product guidance, and customer-facing documentation. You will define and operationalize a modern content strategy that supports AI-driven workflows, ensuring that users have intuitive pathways through technical processes. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable content systems, establishing governance standards, and overseeing the creation of microcopy that enhances user workflows. You will work closely with product teams to influence UX patterns and ensure that content is aligned with the overall product vision. Additionally, you will be responsible for architecting a sustainable content ecosystem that evolves with the product and its future needs.
