Overview

Bird is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the G/L team and manage end-to-end close processes for financial statements. This role requires strong collaboration with Finance and Treasury teams.

You have a strong background in accounting with experience managing teams and overseeing financial processes. You understand the importance of accurate financial reporting and are skilled in collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency. What you'll do

As the Accounting Manager at Bird, you will lead the general ledger team and ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly financial statements. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with the Finance and Treasury teams to provide insights and support for financial decision-making. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
