What you'll do

As the Sourcing Manager for the Starship program, you will play a critical role in developing the supply base and sourcing strategy for essential components, including Raptor hardware. You will be responsible for managing supplier development and quality management processes, ensuring that all components meet the rigorous standards required for space exploration. Your role will involve strategic procurement activities, where you will negotiate costs and terms with suppliers to optimize the supply chain. You will work closely with engineering teams to quickly incorporate design changes and maintain production rate goals.
