What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Agiloft's Data-first Agreement Platform, focusing on creating seamless contract lifecycle management experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features that meet customer needs. Your work will involve building high-leverage connective tissue that allows emerging products and services to integrate into the platform effectively.

You will shape how data, workflows, and intelligence flow across systems, enabling seamless end-to-end contract experiences. Your technical expertise will help set patterns that make future expansion fast, elegant, and scalable. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, ensuring that the platform remains reliable and efficient.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to help them grow in their careers. You will contribute to the overall technical direction of the team, advocating for best practices in software development and architecture.
