You have a strong background in process design and optimization, excelling at mapping and refining workflows to improve operational efficiency. Your experience includes effectively partnering with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to implement policy updates and system enhancements across various geographies. You are data-driven, using analysis to monitor case quality and identify compliance gaps, driving continuous improvements in policy enforcement.
