What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the CX Audit team, focusing on the launch of Coupang Ads in Taiwan. You will execute audit activities to monitor workflow accuracy and ensure that advertising operations meet global standards. Collaborating closely with the advertising operations team, you will work to improve performance metrics and help advertisers achieve strong ROI while maintaining an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing audit processes that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as providing insights to senior management on operational performance. You will also play a crucial role in training and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
