You have a strong background in customer experience management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to lead high-performing teams while continuously improving systems and processes. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are deeply committed to customer satisfaction, always seeking opportunities to automate and optimize the customer journey. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey information and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in remote work solutions or infrastructure is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription commerce platforms. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and understand the importance of inclusivity in the workplace. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As the Customer Experience (CX) Manager at AppDirect, you will take full ownership of delivering world-class support to our global customers across multiple product lines. You will lead a team dedicated to enhancing the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and impactful. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that elevate the customer journey. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that our offerings align with market demands.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. This includes creating training programs for your team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional support. You will monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
