Chowbus is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to provide HR support and contribute to talent recruitment strategies. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with business leaders and employees.
You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of human resources practices. You have experience in employee relations and recruitment, and you are comfortable providing support to managers and employees alike. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively guide field leaders through HR processes and policies. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of HR in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with local labor requirements. You are also fluent in Mandarin, which is essential for this role.
As a Junior HR Business Partner at Chowbus, you will act as the primary HR contact for field-based employees and managers, providing timely and practical support. You will manage employee relations matters in line with company policy and local labor requirements, guiding leaders through disciplinary actions and performance improvement processes. Your role will involve conducting fact-finding and documentation for investigations, ensuring that all HR policies are applied consistently and fairly. You will partner with Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment activities, assisting in headcount planning discussions and tracking vacancies. Your contributions will help foster a positive workplace culture and support the company's mission to empower restaurants through effective HR solutions.
Chowbus offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus sales commission, depending on experience. You will enjoy flexible paid time off, paid parental leave, and an employee assistance program.
