You have a proven track record in operations and program management, ideally within a customer success context. Your experience includes developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve customer experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions and measure the success of programs. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-growing company, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes. You are passionate about customer success and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of programs that elevate customer engagement and retention. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance satisfaction. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver measurable results. You will also be responsible for creating operational frameworks that streamline processes and improve efficiency within the customer success team.
