What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of Coupang's fulfillment platform, ensuring that it scales effectively to accommodate a growing selection of items. You will be responsible for building and maintaining distributed systems that support millions of listings, enhancing the seller experience from listings to order fulfillment and settlements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute both short and long-term design and architectural roadmaps. Your role will involve driving improvements in system efficiency while maintaining high standards for customer trust and performance.

You will implement best practices in coding and system design, ensuring that the applications you develop are not only functional but also maintainable and scalable. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in influencing the technical direction of the team and ensuring that best practices are followed.

As a leader, you will mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
