What you'll do

As a Copilot Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in accelerating AI transformation for organizations — you will lead technical engagements that drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related AI-powered productivity solutions. Your responsibilities will include owning the technical win strategy and delivering compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of these solutions.

You will guide customers through envisioning sessions, helping them align their business goals with technical requirements — your role will involve ensuring that governance, security, and compliance are embedded in every conversation, building trust and confidence in the solutions you present. You will also be accountable for driving core business momentum through competitive differentiation and technical blocker resolution.

Collaboration will be key in this role as you work within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources — you will help educate customers at a technical level, ensuring they understand the full potential of AI capabilities across devices and cloud platforms. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in facilitating successful engagements.
