You'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, employee engagement, and organizational design to enhance Google's culture and values. This role requires 9 years of experience in HR business partnering.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 9 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting executive leaders at global companies. Your background includes experience with organization transformations across multiple regions, integrating tenured teams with new capabilities and talent. You possess expertise in various HR areas such as organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with executive leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate and resolve employee relations issues effectively.

Desirable

A Master's degree or MBA is preferred, as is the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop actionable recommendations based on your analysis. You are an advocate for Google's culture and values, partnering with business leaders to ensure that all people decisions are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will offer thought leadership regarding the people strategy and ensure seamless execution of change initiatives. You will partner with leaders to define, design, launch, and land these initiatives, solving complex problems and getting to the root cause of any issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include coaching clients on how to lead their teams effectively, managing programs that help develop talent, and advocating for a culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, ensuring that the people operations at Google are as innovative as the technology they create.

What we offer

At Google, you will be part of a team that strives to revolutionize human resources, just as Google has transformed search. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the organization. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Join us in our mission to find, grow, and retain the remarkable talent that makes Google a leader in the tech industry.
