Tanium is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness across the Asia Pacific region. This role requires strong relationship management and campaign leadership skills.
You have a proven track record in partner marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of the Asia Pacific market, including Japan, and can adapt global strategies for regional execution. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise partners is essential, as is your experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
You are data-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes through high-impact joint campaigns. You have experience optimizing marketing initiatives to maximize conversion rates and revenue impact, and you are comfortable working with sales teams to meet or exceed pipeline targets.
Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to facilitate regular partner communications and enablement sessions effectively. You are adept at localizing messaging and creative assets for diverse audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance, especially for Japan.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. You are a strategic thinker who can plan, launch, and optimize joint partner campaigns tailored to specific enterprise segments and buyer personas.

You will strategically plan, launch, and optimize joint partner campaigns, events, and partner enablement programs tailored to APAC enterprise segments. Your role will involve localizing messaging and creative assets for APAC audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance, particularly for Japan.
You will lead cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns on time and within budget. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise partners will be crucial, as you will facilitate regular partner communications and enablement sessions to ensure alignment and mutual opportunities for success.
Your focus will be on delivering qualified leads and opportunities through joint partner campaigns, meeting or exceeding quarterly pipeline targets for APAC. You will optimize partner marketing initiatives to maximize conversion rates and revenue impact, measured by co-marketing sales qualified leads and partner co-sell pipeline.
