You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance customer adoption of software products. This role requires experience in technical writing and instructional design.
You have a strong background in technical writing and instructional design, with a proven ability to create clear and effective documentation for software products. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that content aligns with business goals and enhances customer experience. Your experience includes developing user guides, API documentation, and eLearning modules, ensuring that all content is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly. You are familiar with content strategy and best practices for technical writing, and you understand the importance of integrating documentation into development workflows, particularly in Agile and DevOps settings. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all your work.
