You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the crypto or financial technology sectors. You understand the intricacies of decentralized exchanges and have a proven track record of developing successful product strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct in-depth market research and identify user needs effectively. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about the potential of blockchain technology and are excited to contribute to the growth of decentralized finance.

Desirable

Experience with API development and a deep understanding of trading platforms will set you apart. Familiarity with Web3 protocols and decentralized applications (dApps) is a plus, as is a background in working with institutional clients. What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the strategy and development of the OKX DEX Institution Trading Product, focusing on DEX API. You will define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends and user needs. Conducting thorough market research will be essential to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver a seamless API experience that caters to both individual traders and large institutional partners. Your responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and gathering feedback to iterate on product features. You will also engage with users to understand their pain points and ensure that the product evolves to meet their needs. Additionally, you will work on competitive analysis to position the product effectively in the market and drive user adoption.
