Your critical thinking skills allow you to approach design challenges with creativity and intent, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only functional but also delightful for users. You are passionate about youth sports and the impact they have on communities, which drives your motivation to create products that enhance these experiences. You are comfortable taking projects from discovery through to launch and iteration, demonstrating your ability to adapt and refine your designs based on user feedback and data insights.

Desirable

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development processes. A portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes will help demonstrate your capabilities and thought process.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer at GameChanger, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience for coaches, players, families, and fans in the youth sports space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and design solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback and analytics. You will work closely with the Product Design Manager to ensure that your designs align with the overall product vision and strategy. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across all products. Your ability to think critically and design with intent will be key to your success in this role, as you strive to create products that are both intuitive and impactful.
