What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for volleyball-related products at Hudl. You will define the desired outcomes and prioritize initiatives that align with market needs and business objectives. Leading a cross-functional squad, you will ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations. You will fill the Product Owner role, maintaining transparency in the Product Backlog and facilitating effective communication among team members.

You will engage in discovery processes to identify user needs and validate product concepts. Your leadership will guide the team through the delivery phase, ensuring that products are launched successfully and meet the defined outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives. Your role will also involve tracking performance metrics and iterating on products based on user feedback and market trends.
