Figma is seeking a Manager of Inside Sales to lead a team focused on managing the renewal process for Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic customers. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in sales management.

You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading teams to achieve high performance and drive customer retention. Your leadership style emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and accountability, fostering an inclusive culture where team members can thrive. You understand the nuances of the sales process, particularly in managing renewals for complex accounts, and you are adept at aligning strategies with cross-functional partners to ensure success.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively partner with Sales Managers and Customer Success teams. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and strategies, ensuring that your team meets its goals and contributes to the overall success of the organization. You are passionate about building relationships with customers and ensuring they have the best experience possible throughout the renewal process.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and technologies that enhance sales processes. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within your team and customer base.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Inside Sales at Figma, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Sr. Inside Sales Representatives, focusing on the end-to-end renewal process for our Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic customers. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and coaching your team, providing consistent one-on-one support and skill-based training on negotiation and customer engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in driving predictable retention and growth outcomes, ensuring that every customer receives a best-in-class experience.

You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Customer Success teams to align on renewal strategies and forecast accuracy. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team effectiveness. You will also play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture within your team, emphasizing accountability and continuous development.
