Vacasa is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple vacation rental properties. You'll troubleshoot issues related to appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
You are a proactive Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping properties in top condition. You have a knack for problem-solving and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You are comfortable traveling between multiple vacation rental properties daily and have experience performing general repairs and preventative maintenance. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication, especially when coordinating with third-party vendors. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, ready to take on the responsibilities of this role.
As a Maintenance Technician at Vacasa, you will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and ready for guests. You will travel between various worksites each day, performing general repairs and troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi. Your role will involve coordinating with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and participating in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance issues. You will be expected to uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience during their stay.
