Amazon is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer for their Selection and Catalog Systems team in Bengaluru. You'll build self-service analytical products leveraging advanced analytics and AI/ML to enhance the customer experience. This role requires experience in data solutions and analytics tools.
You have a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 3-5 years of experience in building data solutions that drive business insights. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Your programming skills in Python enable you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. You understand the importance of data quality and have experience implementing data governance practices. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are innovative and motivated, always looking for ways to leverage data to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
Experience with AWS services is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning concepts. You have a keen interest in e-commerce and understand how data can drive decision-making in this space. In this role, you will be part of the Catalog Support Programs team, where you will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and organizational leaders to deliver end-to-end data solutions. You will be responsible for building self-service analytical products that provide relevant insights across the business. Your work will involve leveraging advanced analytics and AI/ML to transform catalog data into predictive insights, helping to prevent customer issues before they arise. You will support proactive decision-making by providing real-time intelligence that enables faster, data-driven decisions across the organization. You will also be involved in the implementation of business logic and configurations for the ASCS, ensuring that the systems run smoothly and efficiently.
