Zocdoc is hiring a Manager for their Mid-Market Customer Success team to lead and develop junior-level Customer Success Managers. You'll focus on driving sustainable growth and long-term value for provider partners in New York.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in the healthcare or technology sectors. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with clients, and you have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. You are skilled in coaching and developing team members, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals.

Desirable

Experience in managing teams and leading customer success initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare marketplaces or similar industries will help you understand the unique challenges faced by provider partners. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As the Manager of the Mid-Market Customer Success team, you will be responsible for leading a new team focused on enhancing the customer experience for mid-market provider groups. You will coach and develop junior-level Customer Success Managers, helping them to build strong relationships with clients and drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvements. Your role will involve setting performance metrics and goals for the team, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to ensure that targets are met. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
