Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in technical support within a SaaS company, demonstrating your ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Your familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and Jira allows you to manage support requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience. You possess technical troubleshooting skills and programming experience, which enable you to tackle complex problems with confidence. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to learning, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge. Your critical thinking skills prioritize a client-centered approach, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. You are proficient in both written and verbal communication, allowing you to convey technical information clearly to customers. Additionally, you have a basic understanding of Linux and enjoy hands-on problem-solving. You are flexible and willing to work in a rotation that may include weekends, and you possess business-level proficiency in Japanese.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate with customers through various channels, including ticket systems, live chat, and screen sharing tools, to educate them on how to use Datadog's platform effectively. You will identify and resolve technical support requests related to over 1000 integrations of Datadog products through reproduction testing. Your interactions with customers will provide valuable feedback that you will share with internal teams to enhance product discussions. You will receive training as a specialist in one or more areas of Datadog products, ensuring you have advanced knowledge to assist customers effectively. You will work in the Datadog office at least three days a week, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
