What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical programs that support Mozilla's Infrastructure Organization, focusing on IT Services, Enterprise & Product Security, and Cloud & Data Engineering. You will collaborate with engineering teams to define project scopes, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in driving initiatives that enhance the security and reliability of Mozilla's products and services.

You will facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies will be essential in maintaining project momentum and achieving successful outcomes.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
