Mozilla is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives within the Infrastructure Organization. You'll work on critical functions such as IT Services and Cloud Engineering, focusing on building a safe and secure internet. This role requires extensive experience in program management and technical leadership.
You have a strong background in technical program management, with at least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to successful completion. Your expertise includes managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
You are adept at navigating the challenges of a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of changing priorities. Your experience in the tech industry has equipped you with a deep understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and security best practices. You are passionate about creating a positive impact through technology and are committed to Mozilla's mission of making the internet better for people.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure will enhance your ability to contribute to the Infrastructure Organization's goals. In this role, you will lead technical programs that support Mozilla's Infrastructure Organization, focusing on IT Services, Enterprise & Product Security, and Cloud & Data Engineering. Your leadership will be crucial in driving initiatives that enhance the security and reliability of Mozilla's products and services.
You will facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies will be essential in maintaining project momentum and achieving successful outcomes.

Mozilla offers a competitive salary range of $163,000—$217,000 USD, depending on your experience and location.
