You have a strong background in sales and partnership management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of strategic partnerships in driving revenue and have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas. Your ability to collaborate closely with partners and influence decision-making is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable taking strategic risks to achieve aggressive goals. You are dedicated to serving customers and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Desirable

Experience in the software industry or with experience management solutions is a plus. Familiarity with the Brazilian market and its unique challenges will help you adapt offerings to meet customer needs effectively. You are a team player who enjoys working in close-knit, high-functioning teams and is committed to continuous improvement.

What you'll do

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships in Brazil. You will leverage your expertise to generate revenue and influence decision-making while collaborating closely with partners. Your role will involve developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies that align with customer needs. You will work closely with the Ecosystem function and regional Centers of Excellence to ensure that offerings are tailored to the market. You will also be tasked with achieving Partner Sales quotas, which will require you to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities actively.

You will engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to foster strong relationships that drive mutual success. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will be essential in adapting strategies and offerings. You will participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and collaborate on initiatives that enhance partner performance.
