What you'll do

As a Staff Engineer for Monetization at Adyen, you will be the technical compass for how our systems earn revenue at scale. You will architect and drive the adoption of scalable and high-performance data pipelines that underpin our monetization domain. Your role will involve working closely with Tech Leads and Senior Engineers, coaching them and aligning their efforts toward excellent solutions. You will focus on the long-term evolution of our architecture, ensuring that we have the right technical foundations for the next generation of revenue systems. You will have the space to think and innovate, making high-leverage technical decisions that will shape how Adyen monetizes its products for years to come. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our systems are not only effective but also ethical, contributing to the overall mission of Adyen.
