Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead go-to-market campaigns in GovTech accounts. You'll build relationships with key stakeholders and drive value-based growth. This role requires experience in sales and a deep understanding of the product.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in leading go-to-market campaigns, particularly within GovTech accounts. You understand how to sell innovation and change, guiding deals forward to compress decision cycles. Your passion for understanding products in depth allows you to effectively communicate their value to customers and system integrators. You thrive on building relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and other key partners, driving value-based growth within your accounts. You are results-oriented, consistently exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.

Desirable

Experience in the Unified Data Analytics and AI space is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by government entities. A background in solution-based selling will enhance your ability to create value for customers. You are comfortable using Salesforce to track customer details, including use cases and forecasting.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in government technology sectors. You will drive value-based growth by expanding Databricks' footprint into new business units and use cases. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and articulating how Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform can meet those needs. You will leverage your sales expertise to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will also track all customer interactions and details in Salesforce, ensuring that you have a clear view of the sales pipeline and next steps.
