As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will be responsible for presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and fieldwork. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also have access to ongoing companywide support to ensure your success. Recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, will motivate you to achieve your sales targets.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year and ranging from $104,000 to $122,000 in your second year. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
