Desirable

Experience in managing pre- and post-voyage services or similar offerings is a plus. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a travel context will set you apart. What you'll do

As the Product Manager, Pre and Post Experience, you will be responsible for crafting and executing all pre- and post-voyage services that enhance our guests' journeys. This includes designing multi-day land extensions, coordinating internal air arrangements, and managing group transfers and optional hotel nights. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is seamless and aligned with our brand values. Your role will involve budgeting and financial management, where you will optimize offerings to drive revenue while maintaining high standards of service. You will also be instrumental in supporting operational excellence across all programs, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection.
