What you'll do

As the Regional Lead for ABL Origination, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Allica Bank's Growth Finance portfolio in the Thames Valley and South West regions. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities, ensuring that you meet and exceed forecasted portfolio assets and income targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their financing needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Managing risk will be a key aspect of your role, as you will need to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients and structure facilities that mitigate risk while still providing value. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless origination process, from initial client engagement through to facility structuring and ongoing relationship management. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, as you guide and mentor junior staff members in their professional development.
