You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair. Your skills in repairing creases and body lines, as well as larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, set you apart in the automotive repair industry. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. You are also a team player, ready to collaborate with others to ensure the best outcomes for customers and the company.
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair is a plus. You may also have a background in training or mentoring less experienced technicians, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and skill development within the team.
