What you'll do

As a Customer Experience - Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes, ensuring a memorable and positive experience. You will engage with customers at their driveways, providing them with the necessary information about their new vehicle and answering any questions they may have. Your role will also involve assisting in the operation of Carvana's unique Vending Machines in select locations, further enhancing the customer experience. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Carvana brand positively at all times.

In addition to vehicle delivery, you will participate in community engagement activities, helping to build Carvana's presence and reputation in the local area. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all deliveries are executed smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the company. Your performance will be evaluated regularly, with opportunities for hourly compensation increases based on your contributions and customer feedback.
