LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts in India. This role requires exceptional business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly with large accounts, and possess the drive to build new business opportunities. Your exceptional business acumen allows you to navigate complex sales processes and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. You thrive in a customer-centric environment, ensuring that client needs are met while driving company objectives. Adaptability is one of your key strengths, enabling you to wear multiple hats and manage various responsibilities effectively. You are self-motivated and can work autonomously, making decisions that drive results without needing constant supervision. Your experience in account management equips you with the skills to ensure successful adoption and expansion of services within large enterprises.
In this role, you will take ownership of large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and relationship owner. You will develop comprehensive territory and account plans to proactively drive outbound pipeline generation. Collaborating closely with Business Development Representatives, you will ensure that your strategies align with company goals and client needs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with pre-and-post sales engineering teams to facilitate seamless service adoption. You will also be tasked with nurturing existing relationships to expand LaunchDarkly's footprint within these enterprises, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your ability to analyze market trends and client feedback will be crucial in refining your approach and achieving sales targets.
