What you'll do

As a Senior iOS Engineer on the Design System Team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Dropbox’s DIG design system iOS component library. You will collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into accurate, maintainable UI components that serve as the backbone of our product experience. Your work will ensure that engineers and designers can build with speed, quality, and cohesion.

You will partner with cross-platform peers, including Android and Web engineers, to ensure that the design system is cohesive and adopted across all platforms. Your contributions will drive long-term architecture, accessibility, and performance standards that support product growth at scale. You will also focus on improving documentation, workflows, and tooling to make using the design system frictionless for engineers.

Your role will involve gaining exposure to senior leadership and influencing design and engineering practices across teams. You will be responsible for advocating for best practices in both design and development, ensuring that the design system evolves to meet the needs of millions of users.
