Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help mid-sized companies close experience gaps using their SaaS platform. You'll work closely with clients to improve their customer and employee experiences. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a background in sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in SaaS or technology solutions. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs is exceptional, allowing you to guide mid-sized companies in leveraging experience management tools effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by helping clients achieve their goals. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional frontline experiences and are dedicated to serving customers with empathy and connection.
Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus. Familiarity with experience management solutions or similar platforms will help you hit the ground running. You are comfortable navigating complex problems and enjoy the challenge of strategic risk-taking to find the best solutions for your clients.
