You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in account development or business development. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenges that come with rapid growth. Your leadership style is focused on coaching and developing others, and you have a deep understanding of both inbound and outbound sales prospecting across various segments. You are committed to improving the processes of prospecting and lead generation, ensuring your team is equipped to succeed.
Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) industry or related fields is a plus. You are familiar with digital transformation initiatives and understand the importance of leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
