Overview

Samsara is seeking a Manager of Account Development to lead their team in Atlanta. You'll focus on improving sales prospecting processes and coaching team members. This role requires a strong background in sales and team leadership.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in account development or business development. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenges that come with rapid growth. Your leadership style is focused on coaching and developing others, and you have a deep understanding of both inbound and outbound sales prospecting across various segments. You are committed to improving the processes of prospecting and lead generation, ensuring your team is equipped to succeed.

Desirable

Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) industry or related fields is a plus. You are familiar with digital transformation initiatives and understand the importance of leveraging data to drive business outcomes. A background in coaching sales teams and a passion for developing talent will set you apart.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Account Development at Samsara, you will lead a team focused on driving sales growth through effective prospecting strategies. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel. You will work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and success.
