You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the mid-market segment, where you've successfully sourced and closed new business opportunities. Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in managing their finances. Familiarity with corporate cards, banking solutions, or expense management software will help you connect with potential clients and address their needs effectively. A strong network within the mid-market sector can also enhance your ability to generate leads and close deals.
As a Mid Market Account Executive at Brex, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, specifically targeting companies with 250 to 1000 employees. You will engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and demonstrate how Brex's AI-powered spend platform can help them manage their expenses more effectively. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet or exceed your revenue targets.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and participate in events and networking opportunities to expand your reach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring they are satisfied with Brex's services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales quotas, contribute to team goals, and enhance Brex's reputation in the market.
