Overview

Carvana is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruiting for their Operations teams. You'll build strong business relationships and guide a recruiting team to meet high-volume hiring targets. This role requires proven experience in talent acquisition management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana’s Operations teams, ensuring that you attract and hire top talent. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of recruiters, setting performance targets, and providing coaching and support to help them succeed.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. This includes creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders is crucial, as you will serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters. You will represent Carvana at job fairs and networking events, promoting the company as an employer of choice. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure that Carvana remains competitive in attracting talent.
