Venn is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions for their B2B fintech platform. You'll work closely with founders to optimize processes and enhance product quality. This role requires 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments.
You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking. Your analytical mindset and hyper-logical thinking enable you to tackle complex problems effectively. You have a solid track record of taking ownership and leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
You thrive in dynamic settings and are comfortable working directly with founders to set and meet operational KPIs. Your experience in building and optimizing scalable processes will be crucial as Venn continues its hyper-growth trajectory. You are adept at analyzing data and providing meaningful insights to internal teams, particularly in enhancing customer experience.
Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup is a plus, particularly in the fintech sector. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL will help you in your analytical tasks, allowing you to extract insights from data effectively.
In this role, you will tackle some of the toughest challenges facing the company across various areas, including operations, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships. You will develop and implement innovative solutions that not only enhance the quality of Venn's products but also drive positive business outcomes. Working closely with the founders, you will ensure that operational KPIs are met and that the company continues to scale effectively.
