What you'll do

As an ML Compiler Engineer at Waymo, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of our neural networks that power the Waymo Driver. You will collaborate with hardware engineers to design and implement system-level compute architectures that meet the demanding performance, power, and latency requirements of autonomous vehicles. Your role will involve developing and optimizing compilers that translate high-level machine learning models into efficient executable code. You will analyze performance bottlenecks and work on solutions that improve the overall efficiency of our compute platform. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
