You have extensive experience in product design, particularly in onboarding and user activation — you've successfully led design projects from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your proficiency in design thinking, interaction design, and visual design allows you to create impactful solutions that resonate with users. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and analysts to drive design initiatives forward. You are passionate about solving problems for underserved consumers and have a strong understanding of the financial landscape, particularly in the FinTech sector. You will collaborate with product managers to define project goals and success metrics, ensuring that design aligns with business objectives. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, iterating based on feedback to refine your solutions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas to stakeholders. You will work closely with software engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, providing guidance throughout the development process. You will also mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience for renters across the country, helping them navigate their financial challenges with greater ease.
