Infrastructure - Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Who you are

You have experience in supply chain operations and are familiar with technical procurement processes — you understand the importance of managing contracts and agreements effectively. You are detail-oriented and can track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of delivery management are handled efficiently. Your collaborative nature allows you to work well with both internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships that drive operational success.

You are comfortable with data analysis and can update forecasting and metric models to support decision-making — you have a knack for identifying trends and insights that can improve operational performance. Your ability to facilitate change management processes ensures that transitions are smooth and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

You are proactive in managing part number creation and BOM management, supporting both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) programs — you understand the complexities involved in these processes and are committed to driving operational excellence. Your organizational skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.

Desirable

Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus — you are familiar with Agile or similar frameworks that enhance team collaboration and efficiency. A background in technical procurement or capacity planning would be beneficial, as it aligns closely with the responsibilities of this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will run point on delivery management, ensuring that all projects are tracked and managed effectively. You will collaborate regularly with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries. Your responsibilities will include entering and tracking purchase order (PO) status, as well as monitoring upcoming contracts and agreements for renewal or re-negotiation.

You will facilitate change management processes with key contacts throughout the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Your role will also involve updating forecasting and metric models and charts to support operational decision-making. You will drive operational PLM activities, including part number creation and BOM management, to support both NPI and MP programs.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial as you oversee configuration management processes, ensuring that all aspects of supply chain operations are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational performance.
