You have a proven track record in talent sourcing, particularly for technical roles, and understand the nuances of the engineering landscape. Your experience allows you to identify and engage with top-tier engineering talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from the very first interaction. You are skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby, and you are comfortable conducting initial candidate screenings to assess fit and alignment with Rho's values and needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering leadership to refine candidate profiles and sourcing strategies. You are detail-oriented and have a creative approach to sourcing, combining traditional methods with innovative strategies to attract diverse talent. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing world-class technical talent across engineering disciplines.
