You are skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby, and you are comfortable conducting initial candidate screenings to assess fit and alignment with Rho's values and needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering leadership to refine candidate profiles and sourcing strategies. You are detail-oriented and have a creative approach to sourcing, combining traditional methods with innovative strategies to attract diverse talent. You are passionate about building teams that reflect a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, contributing to a rich company culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing world-class technical talent across engineering disciplines. You will utilize your expertise in sourcing fundamentals while also employing inventive strategies to engage candidates. Partnering directly with engineering leadership, you will refine candidate profiles and share real-time market insights to build high-caliber talent pipelines from scratch. You will conduct thoughtful initial screens to assess talent quality and alignment, ensuring an exceptional early candidate experience. Your role will involve leveraging various sourcing tools and techniques, including competitive research and talent mapping, to identify potential candidates. You will also collaborate with recruiters to ensure a seamless hiring process and contribute to the overall strategy for talent acquisition at Rho. As you build relationships with candidates, you will represent Rho's values and mission, ensuring that every interaction reflects the company's commitment to excellence and support.
